It's possible to create Promotion to work every day from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM for two months?

For example

If I create promotion will start from 01-NOV-2015 to 31-DEC-2015 with Time Based Promotion from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

This means promotion will run in this period every day from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

OR

Will start in 01-NOV-2015 08:00 AM and will end in 31-DEC-2015 10:00 AM and between this two date will work all the day.
