Confusion on what version of patch 22071026 to be applied for upgrading customers?

Hi,

As part of 11i to 12.2.x Upgrade document 'E48834-13.pdf' at page #93, chapter #4:Oracle E-Business Suite Online Patching and under section #4.3(Enabling Online Patching); it talks about " Online Patching Readiness and GSCC " Report Patch 22071026 (Doc ID 1531121.1).

Here is the confusion when you refer Doc ID 1531121.1(Updated as On 22nd October' 2015)  which say...

"Apply the correct Online Patching Readiness and GSCC Report Patch for the code level from which you are upgrading, if not already applied. (Follow first section of the same document for this)". Below are the list of patche categories we have to choose.


  • 22071026:R12.AD.C Release 12.2 or higher
