Unable to generate operation sequence in Technician Portal

Hi All

(We are on R12)Can anyone please help me out regarding the operation sequence generation in technician portal. As you can see screenshot i can able to generate Jobs but unable to generate operation sequence for those Jobs.

Moreover in order to generate OSP for this item what necessary setup is required? kindly share your feedback.
