Weblogic - Can't create Datasource [Deployer: 149189]

Hello,

My whole system works fine but after adding a some different machine on a different location, I can not add any datasources.

I can create Managed server, i restart admin server etc.

The error is ;

[Deployer:149189] An attempt was made to execute the 'activate' operation on an application named 'TESTDS' that is not currently avaliable. The application may have been created after non-dynamic configuration changes were activated. If so, the operation can not be performed until server is restarted so that the application will be available.

So, I restarted My admin server. However, its the same error.

When i delete the new machine, everythings works fine.is
