Want a pop- up window while selecting values in BI 11G

Hi ,

I have a requirement like :

While selecting the values at top to pass in the BIP 11 G for a report, if I am selecting the value1 then report can be extracted 

It means other values are not needed here.

In other case, you can select values other then value1 and can extract report also.

But if  i am selecting value1 , no other value should be selected.. this message I have to pass to user in a pop up window.

Can you tell me how can  I achieve this. ?
