Rebate credit memo process

Hi all,

Customer wants to know if it is possible to give quantity rebate if a customer purchases X number of units of Y item within Z time period. Now, they want that a credit memo for the customer should be automatically generated by the system when such a condition as per the sales agreement is fulfilled.

For this purpose I did following steps, but I am not able to see that credit memo. Please help me in this issue.


1) create SO with Bill Only Line.

2) Apply the rebate/modifier (created in pricing), if modifier is manual. If modifier is automatic, it will get
