Oracle Application Testing Suite for Siebel

Hi,

We are using Siebel versions 7.7 and Siebel 8.1.1.10 and evaluating which sutomation tool to use for our regression testing. We have come across Oracle Application Testing Suite for Siebel which can be use for this purpose. We are able to download the OpenScript software from oracle downloads web site and able to use it. Infact we are able to download full OATS software. Can someone please tell if this is licensed or open source?

And what are the indicative license prices for:

a) Automated functional testing suite(OpenScript)

b) Load testing(OLT)
