Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to create Custom Territory in Oracle 11i to reflect in FND_TERRITORY_VL Table

User want to add EU - European Country as Country code. EU is not present in ISO 3166 list hence it can't be loaded in Oracle.

Kindly suggest ways to create Custom Territory.
