Not able to view old service request in Isupport after upgrade

We have upgraded from R11.5.10 to R12.2.4.After upgrade we are not able to view old service request in Isupport, but the newly created service request are being viewed. Please Note we can able to view  the old see the old service request from teleservices service request forms screen.
