BI Publisher ftp bursting - 500 Illegal PORT command

Hi,

I'm getting success from "XML Publisher Report Bursting program" but the file is not transferred to the target ftp server. TCP dump reveals that the Login was successful, Directory change was fine but then a command called PORT is issued by ftp client (Oracle EBS R12 server) along with IP address and a dynamic Port number. At this point, the ftp server responded with "500 Illegal PORT command".

Has anyone encountered similar issue before? How can we resolve this issue?
