Why is the supplier name and location grayed out on the Expedite Requisitions page for some requisit

RE:  Navigation:  Main Menu>> eProcurement>> Buyer Center>> Expedite Requisition (Search)

Hi,

Does anyone know why in the search results on the Expedite Requisitions page some of the requisitions display(grayed out) for  the Supplier Name and Location (No look up button is displayed)?  This doesn't happen to all the lines just some of them.  I do notice when the Include option is selected it grays out the entire line but in this case the items I am referencing are grayed out when the results are initially displayed.
