Link to Line Id, Configure id is null for PTO Option Item under a Class item while importing order f

Hi,

We have noticed few orders that Link to Line Id, Configure id is null for PTO Option (in oe_order_lines_all table) under a Class item while importing order from legacy system. When i check the BOM setup, I can see the parent of PTO Option set up as Mutually Exclusive. So in that case only one Option allowed as per CZ but 2 options passed during order import.

Will it be reason for null values in link to line id? Please advise
