I am receiving " Blanks Invalid Warning" when setting up Foreign RDFI Bank Information. The error r

The error is: 

Blanks Invalid 

An error has occurred on a hidden field (that is, a field that you cannot view). Please contact your system administrator.
CAUSE: The data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros to be entered.
RESOLUTION: Enter a non-blank or non-zero value.

    Form  P0030A_W0030AA
    Control Id  18
    Control Title  Customer Bank Acct #
    Error ID  0003

Please look for the highlighted fields, correct the entries, and resubmit your request.
