Issues with external applications displayed in OpenUI

Hi

We have upgraded to siebel IP15 and we have external Java, Jquery applications Iframed in siebel.  Prior to upgrade, the external applications used to work without any issues, but in OpenUI  we are experiencing lot of issues in Iframe, the functionality is not working in OpenUI Iframe only. It works in stand alone. Has anyone faced similar issues and any resolution these issues?
