Hi All,

I have installed Demantra version 7.3.1 stand-alone in my system but getting error message "There are system errors. Please contact your System Administrator" while login to the collaborator workbench.

I have jdk1.8.0_25 installed and set CATALINA HOME & JAVA HOME parameters correctly.Also tried clearing cache etc.

I can see bug #21020442 Doc ID 2018374.1 (Demantra 12.2.4.1 Login gives the error: "There are system errors. Please contact your System Administrator"). This is for DM version 12.2. DO I need to compile this patch in dematra version 7.3 also?

I'm able to login to Business Modeler, Demand Planner. No issues there.

Please advice. Attached the screenshot for reference.
