Time format conversion between AIA and BRM

Hi,

We have time in the format

<brm:END_T>2015-11-16T07:00:00Z</brm:END_T>

in AIA

but the for the same we see the time in the format

1447657200

i.e. epoch in cmlog (BRM)

Where does this time conversion take place?
