Order of business rule is changing in data form

Hi,

We are in 11.1..2.2. i have selected some business rule's it will execute while saving the data. and the BR's should run in sequence.

some times the sequence and the order of the business rule in data from is changing.

i tried in audit table i dont find any thing how it was changed the order. any one please help how to investigate this?
