Link translation for personalizations in iSupplier portal - correct XML formatting

Hello, colleagues!

Is it possible to customize an hyperlink, depending on the language of page(for this instance, it is Prospective Supplier registration page? I easily can customise the visible text of link through standard personalization functional, but for now, the hyperlink is uploaded by a special XML file. Is it possible to have an unique file for each language? Or there is some other ways for doing it?
