Looping in Proposals

Hi,

We have a requirement to generate proposals at Opportunity level in SIEBEL.The proposal should contain all quote/quote item details under a particular opty.We have 3 sections as below:

1.Quote Header - File

2.Quote Details -Table.This section has a related table section based on Quote Item BC. 

3.Terms - File   

We want the Quote Header section to appear for each quote under the opportunity eg if there are 3 quotes then header should appear thrice before each Quote item table.

Is this type of configuration possible in proposals?

Can we use the Condition/Searchspec fields to achieve this?
