Deduction not calculated

Dears

Kindly, i'm facing a problem when i test a deduction that it is not calculated well. I had created a Pay type (340) and then i had created a deduction (3068) with '%' method of calculation and the basis of calculation is the pay type '340' although when i run the payroll the deduction is not calculated. So can anyone help on this?
