Intermittent "Processing Configurator, Please wait ..." issue
About 2 month ago, all of a sudden our users start to intermittently hang with dialog box "Processing Configurator, Please wait ..." hang after clicking the "Configurator" button at OE Sales Order form. The spplet never open. This happen once in a while for some workstation and it usually work again the next day. We can only think of one of the 2 changes that made prior to this occurrence:
1. Desktop Internet Explorer was upgraded from Version 8 to Version 10.
2. two node apps tier were bounced the weekend before.
