Blanket release not getting created for a specific item

Hello,

We have setup Min Max planning, Sourccing Rule and ASL for automatic creation of a blanket releases.

There is a specific item that is coming in the requisition, but it is not getting converted into the release.

I checked the sourcing rule and ASL setups and could not find anything wrong with that.

Could you please help me out in finding the cause of failure.

Please let me know if you need any more information on this.
