Services in the sales order
Hi,
We have a requirement to implement order management to a computer service center..
Once a client comes to the service center sales representative will start the job.
Sales person inspect the laptop. If there is a requirement to insert a new part (Eg.RAM) he will do the needful to apply the new part.
If there is a service charge we have to add such charges into the sales order.
We are planning to create a service item (non inventory). So in the same order customer can enter item details , service details.
Can anybody comment on the item attributes we have to enable for a service item.
