'Ask For' Promotion only applying one line of promotion

edited Nov 17, 2015 12:12PM in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have created an 'Ask For' promotion modifier. There are no inactive dates, but for some reason only the Payment and Freight Terms Substitution modifier lines are applying to orders. The other discount lines are not.

Any ideas?
