ORA-00001: unique constraint (AGILE.UK_AGILEUSER) violated

Hi,

While update/refresh Users from LDAP directory, I received this error.

I've read other posts, but none discussed about (AGILE.UK_AGILEUSER).

Don't know what make of it, nor how to stop it. Please help.
