Assets created with Asset type value 200 are non editable in PeopleSoft Asset management

Hi 

I created an asset using basic AD option under Asset Management -> Asset transactions -> Owned assets -> Basic Add. I selected public improvements as Asset type and saved .  .The page is greyed out .This is happening for this Asset type only .The asset type value for this Asset is '200'. I created assets with other asset types and they are still editable

Please let us know if this is a bug .I searched in knowledge base and found some related bugs but not exactly the same issue as I have been experiencing now
