Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I would like to know how to remove reason code from the Quality Sample Change Disposition?

The list of reason code in Quality Sample Change Disposition is not the same as the reasons for changing the Onhand Status.

Our request is to have the same list for both. To do this, i will need to remove code from Quality Sample Change Disposition list.
