Bonus Depreciation Rule

Hello,

I am running Oracle Assets 11.5.10.2. Please consider the following scenario:

I run depreciation and close the FA period from January 2015 to November 2015 and then add a bonus depreciation rule in December 2015. The bonus depreciation rule is one time only.

1. Would Oracle Assets allow me to do this?

2. For assets placed in service in 2015, would the bonus depreciation be taken in December 2015?
