Can E1 MFG. calculate and add mark-up to finish item based on total material cost without a an outside manual calculation.

i.e.; three purchased item that add up to 30.00 we just like add a 10% mark-up $3.00, but not have to calculate and add 3.00 X1 cost to the finished item.
