Creating the Disability and Veteran event in JDE Employee Self Service

I have tried to create an Employee Self Service event for employees to update their Disability and Veteran status, but have run into the attached errors.  Is this a setup issue?

-I added a new event in UDC  08 | BE called DV

-I ran R8985500 and checked "Submit Version Specifications Only"

-I created an event in P05400, using DV as the Enrollment Event code.

---I used codes 230 and 240, separated by directors, as below

I saved and went to launch the event, and got the below errors.

Am I missing a step?  What do I need to do to correct this?
