Patchset 5 on IP 2015 and its new features

Hi All,

Highlights of Patchset 5 released are:

    Disconnected mobility for sales

    Siebel Public Sector eService integration with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)

    Application capture using OPA integration

    Messaging plan personalization and call planning completeness

    Accelerated decision making through advanced productivity

    In-memory promotion upgrade UI

    Product offer enhancements

    Mobile promotion enhancements

    Usage pattern tracking in Siebel applications

    Oracle Database XE

Siebel Innovation Pack 2015, patch set 5 or later includes some optional features that involve changes to the Siebel Repository. These features are already included if you install a new Siebel database after installing Siebel Innovation Pack 2015, patchset 5 or later. For an existing installation of Siebel Innovation Pack 2015, if you want to use these features, you must run Incremental Repository Merge after installing the patchset release.
