Transfer Inventory transaction to GL without run ODM or OPM Cost

Hi all,

There is any way/ any circumstance to transfer inventory transaction to GL without run concurent programs at Cost Management (both kinds of ODM and OPM)

I am using Oracle EBS R12.2.3
