Siebel Merged documents with prefix

Hi

I am having an issue in Correspondence where all the merged documents in SIEBSRVR\TEMP folder has <server_name> in front

so the name looks like

<HostName>_4112_4336_2_Merged

We convert this to pdf and then sent as Email. But since the hostname is prefixed in all attachment,we are unable to send it

any ideas how to remove this prefix?
