S_SRM_REQUEST Table Issue

Hi experts,

S_SRM_REQUEST table is getting filled with Null DESC_TEXT and the count is very high . Any idea which siebel processes used to invoke this Aynch Request which stores data in S_SRM_REQUEST

I know my custom processed which i am using for Asynch but the count of that is very low.
