Can we terminate inactive Agile user sessions using SDK API instead of doing it manually from Java c

I want to use Agile SDK to extend an API which will terminate obsolete user sessions just like the functionality which is provided in the User Monitor node of Java client. Can someone confirm if there is any extensible API for implementing this functionality?

Also, I want to run the User Refresh from LDAP functionality of Java client through custom SDK code. Please also help me regarding that how I can implement it.
