I have assigned new rates, effective dates to my benefit plans but deductions are not passing to DB
I have added plan option rates to my benefit plans with effective dates of 11/01/15. When running autopay cycle the deductions are not calculating. The rates are showing on the enrollment and the cycle dates are 11.01.15 - 11/14/15. What causes the deduction and benefit not to calculate? I've looked everywhere and don't see what I've missed.
