Oracle Forms, Report and Discoverer

Hello:

After having gone  through  Oracle  documentation  I  am  unable  to  know whether  forms, reports and  discoverer  11g Release 2 (11.1.2.0.0),

are  certified  for  Oracle  WEB TIER 11.1.1.9.0    (ORACLE HTTP AND  WEB  CACHE). Currently  we  are running  WEB tier  11.1.1.7.0 and need  to  update because of

  New Security Protocols and Ciphers suits.  

I would  appreciate  your  help- on  this  matter.
