Hello.

   I downloaded a fresh sqlt.zip file today, ran sqdrop.sql, and then ran sqcreate.sql which reported no errors on the screen.  However when I try to use the SQLT tool it advises me that there may be an issue with the SQLT installation. 

   In the install directory I can see a log file ""151118110929_09_tautltest.log"" which contains the following messages.

Test WRITING into file "tautltest.txt" in directory "TRCA$STAGE" started.
