Moving From RetroPay By Element to RetroPay Enhanced

We currently use RetroPay by Element and are trying to transition to RetroPay Enhanced.  A consultant did the set ups for us, but I am trying to create the new element in order to run the process properly.  I created a test element and when I went through the steps of RetroPay Enhanced, I am not getting what I expected on the SOE.  The new element I created was Regular Hours Salary Retro,which is the retro element for our Regular Hours Salary element.  All of the steps were successful, up until the point of the retro pay enhanced process.  The
