some folders are missing under upgraded oracle home/appsutil directory

Hello experts,

Recently we have upgraded our database from 11.2.0.1.0 to 12.1.0.2.0 which we are using along with Oracle EBS 12.1.3. I did applied all the interoperability patches as a part of db upgrade.

I did regenerated appsutil.zip and copied over to the DB node. but when I extracted I found out some folders are missing under appsutil directory (eg, clone). and I am not able to regenerate environment specific files using  perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack.

Please see below directory structure:

[oracle@xxxxdb1 appsutil]$ ls -ltr
drwxr-xr-x 2 oracle dba  4096 Nov 18 11:50 sql
drwxr-xr-x 3 oracle dba  4096 Nov 18 11:50 java
