Matching tolerance does not seem to work in 11.1.2.3 Intercompany Matching Reports

It does not appear that the Matching Tolerance option for  Intercompany Matching Reports in HFM version 11.1.2.3.500 is not working.  When I flag "Suppress Matches" and enter a tolerance of 999 the report returns matches with differences both above and below 999.  Only matches with a difference of -0- are suppressed.  In previous versions of HFM, there was a flag for both Suppress Matches and a flag to turn the Matching Tolerance on.  Is this a defect?
