Why am I seeing extra digits in the exchange rate field in AP Payments form

We are still on 11.5.10.2 release.

While trying to make a  payment in GBP, payment form shows 34 decimal points and I have no clue.  Exchange rate for Corporate is 10 decimal points per Daily Rate screen.

I am contemplating raising an Oracle SR but wanted to check if anyone has experienced similar situation and/or have any clues.
