R12 Budgetary Control in R12.1.3 and Inventory Consigned from Supplier

Hello Gurus

I need to enable

1.-Bugetary Control

2.-Consigned Inventory

I was wondering if there is any restriction to have both implemented.

I just need to enable the budgetary control on Marketing Accounts those accounts are different from the ones that have Consigned Inventory.
