I would like to guide me in summary form in the stepper or exercise of an example of Rent Increase and if possible I will illustrate in the following case:

I have a lease that starts in January-01-2015 until December 31, 2019 and need to increase the rent or the collection of rent in the first year by 3%, 4% in the second, the third in 5%, the fourth 6% in the fifth year and 7%, Please could guide me or send me an example of how to configure this rent increase.
