EAM quality results entered in forms are not appearing in self service

Hello,

  my company has a quality plan which is invoked upon completion of a work order for storing a completion comment.  There are times when we need to complete many work orders due to changes in maintenance strategy and would like to be able to enter the results in the forms 'Enter Quality Results' using an application such as DataLoad to improve efficiency.  I have discovered that results entered in this manner (using the forms) are not visible in Self Service when attemtping to view the quality results on the Work Order Details Operation Quality Plans tab in Self Service.
