R12.1.3 Repair order- Logistics line is blank

Hi

Im checking the flow and noticed that  a new repair type,associated with Pre-Repair and Post Repair service activities,it creates the repair order successfully without defaulting the logistics line.There is no error message.

We don't have Install base and appending the screenshots for your reference and inputs
