Out of box web service for Loading Dynamic Hierarchy data into UCM

Hi All,

Can you please let em know if there is any OOB web service to load Dynamic hierarchy data into Siebel UCM (populating the S_DYN_HRCHY and S_DYN_HRCHY_REL)?
