NbrTimesPerTrans in complex Promotion

Dear All,

we have a tag populates in PricingExtract_(&Store_id).xml file as "NbrTimesPerTrans" while creating complex promotion.

But, Only Multi buy Promotion has the Discount Limit # flexibility to select the no of times from the UI where as other discount rules (Threshold/Transaction) are not providing this flexibility through UI. By default, for these two cases is always populates as "-1".   So, through RPM UI, we cant control the discount limit /No of times per transaction of a Transaction level Promotion. Is it WAD?
