Actual Costing with Unique Lots

Hi all

We are trying to use actual costing, 09 cost method but completing to unique lots for each completion.  Is there a recommended method for this as the first completion absorbs all raw material cost for instance with subsequent completions having zero cost?  Thanks in advance for any help.
