Workflow Reviewer | which table/file has reviewer details

Hi all

I was checking the workflow tables in WCC and found that the WORKFLOWINQUEUE table is empy even though there are some documents in workflow waiting for approval,  Any idea why this is empty and where from we can find out the  reviewer of each documents,??

Kindly let me know your inputs
